Terms and Conditions

Refunds or transfers will be considered on a case by case basis and determined by the OPM board.

Off Pike Market reserves the right to decline merchants admission to Off Pike Market should there be reports the merchant has acted in an unsafe manner. Off Pike Market will investigate the situation. The investigation may include a background check and gathering of other pertinent information through interviews. Off Pike Market will decline admission into the market, at the merchants expense, should the investigation find the merchant to be unsafe to operate at Off Pike Market.
Arrival and Pack Up Times

Arrive no earlier than 2:00pm and no later than 2:15pm. Late arrivals (after 2:30 pm) will forfeit their booth.

Vendors will be granted a 10 feet x 10 feet space also called a booth.

Pack up should be completed and the booth holder out of the grounds by 8pm.

Please be aware that Off Pike Market reserves the right to move booths as required. Booth holders must comply with directions of the market managers.
Parking and unloading

Unloading can be accomplished by driving down Mills Avenue, we ask that you try to unload within a 15 minute time frame.

Booth holders should park their cars after unloading in the adjacent parking lot.
Weather

The market will be open regardless of weather or varying aspects. It is up to the booth holder to decide whether they will set up in inclement weather.

Off Pike Market may call a 2 hour weather delay. On a weather delay day the market will open at 5pm and close at 9 pm. No refunds will be granted if the merchant chooses not to attend the market on a weather delay day.
Market Tents

All merchants and Norwood nonprofits wishing to share information will set up in a 10x 10 booth space. Walking the market soliciting information from the public is not permitted without approval from the Off Pike Market board.

Merchants sharing a booth is not recommended. However if merchants share a booth each merchant will need to apply to the market and pay the $25 booth fee.

Tents are not provided with market bookings. If you would like to have a covering of any sort you will need to bring your own. It is not a requirement to have a covering. It is your choice.

Tents and umbrellas must be weighed down with suitable weights at all times.

No large Umbrellas are permitted.

It is the booth holder's responsibility to keep the tent from blowing or falling over while at the market. Any damage or injury is the sole responsibility of the booth holder.

All market tents used must be 10 feet x 10 feet to fit within the space provided.
Garbage Disposal

Rubbish must be removed and taken away by the booth holder.
Transfers
-
There are no transfers or refunds for change of mind. This includes transfers to different locations, dates or people. Once a booking is made it is final. "Changes of mind" includes anything preventing you from coming.
Prohibited Goods

Products that may not be sold at Off Pike Market includes live birds or animals, fakes or copies of designer brand name goods, weapons, items associated with the illegal use of drugs, or other items that the market management may consider unsuitable for the market. No offensive, counterfeit or unauthorized products may be sold.
Playing Music

All music played from a portable music player must play at a low volume for the sake of other booths. Management reserves the right to request booth holders to turn music down or off where and when necessary.
Emergency Gathering Point

In case of emergency please gather in the Kroger parking lot.
Indemnity
-
By paying your booth fee you agree to the following: I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Off Pike Market and its directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against all claims arising out of or relating to (i) acts and omissions of the vendors and their representatives, (ii) use of vendor's merchandise and services, (iii) property damage or personal injury caused by vendor and (iv) claims that vendor is infringing the intellectual property rights of a third party.
